The Grapevine Vintage Railroad has multiple locations and the pin on the map only points to the main location and therefore should not be used for directions. The Grapevine Vintage Railroad has four main excursions they run from 2 stations so be sure to confirm which station your excursion boards. From the Stockyards in Ft Worth they run a 45 minute Stockyards Trinity River excursion, the Grapevine station is where the 90 minute Grapevine Bear Creek Excursion and the all day Cotton Belt Route excursions which has a 2.5 hour layover of the Ft Worth Stockyards. The final excursion is the Planes and Trains excursion which starts at the Grapevine visitor center and includes observing planes take off and land at DFW airport while learning its history and then taking the Grapevine Bear Creek excursion followed by a chartered trip on the Grapevine visitor’s shuttle. They also have some special event rides such as Santa’s North Pole Express and some specialty wine themed excursions.
