The National Museum of Transportation has over 70 locomotives on display with a large number of passenger, freight and maintenance of way cars on its 42 acre campus. Locomotives on display include the Union Pacific Bigboy number 4006, and the Areotrain #3. Many of the locomotives and other train cars can be boarded for internal viewing. While there are no train excursions, there is a ride around the grounds on the miniature train Wm. F. Ross Special.
