The Black Hills Central Railroad has multiple locations and the pin on the map only points to the main location and therefore should not be used for directions. The 1880’s Train offers a narrated 20 mile roundtrip steam powered ride through the mining communities in the Black Hills of South Dakota. The excursion takes about an hour for each leg and offers passengers to take the trip from either station and if scheduled correctly you can stay and tour the other city for a bit before boarding your train back. Themed excursions include Wild West Shootouts, Wine Express, Oktoberfest, and Holiday Express.
